Appointments are 30 minutes in length. If your Virtual Electrician session runs long that is okay, we will bill you separately for the additional time ($2/per minute after the first 30 minutes).

After you schedule and purchase your appointment, we will send you an email confirming your order. At the time of your scheduled your appointment, you will receive a text message. This message contains a link that will connect you to our streaming platform. From there, our electricians will walk you through how to fix your electrical issue. Having a voltage tester and screwdriver present, will help in fixing your issue quickly.
